Easily capture and share the world around you in 360° with the Orah 4i Live Spherical VR Camera, developed by VideoStitch. Featuring four Sony image sensors, four lenses, and four high-frequency range microphones, the Orah 4i records both ambisonic audio and 4K video at 30 fps for an immersive spherical video experience with plug-and-play ease of use. Its all-metal body is designed for thermal efficiency for long shooting sessions and built-in stabilization and horizon correction keep video smooth. All-glass multi-coated eight-element fisheye lenses reduce flare, while automatic exposure and white balance aid in accurate scene reproduction.
More than just a camera, the 4i system uses a single ethernet cable up to 100 meters long to connect to a dedicated stitching box with an Intel CPU and NVIDIA GeForce GPU to weave four video inputs into one using its own customized version of VideoStitch's VahanaVR software. It supports full spherical video output that is compatible with all major 360 platforms, including built-in preview support for Oculus Rift and HTC Vive. The software removes seam lines, gaps, and artifacts when combining four video streams into a single equirectangular 4K video. Stitched-together video can be stored for later editing on an SDHC card or used for immediate live transmission.
Record Time - 2 hrs & 16 minutes in our tests on a 64GB Extreme Pro card, recording at 4k DCI (4096 x 2048).
